Hardscape & concrete
Retaining walls, paver plazas and walkways, flat and stamped concrete, curbing, site walls and pool decks — self-performed under our own concrete and masonry license.
What’s in scope.
Self-performed with our own crew and our own equipment. This is the scope most landscape contractors in the corridor hand to a sub.
Retaining walls
Block and poured walls, built with the drainage behind them — which is what actually decides whether a wall is still straight in ten years.
Paver plazas and walkways
Base preparation, compaction and edge restraint done properly. Paver work fails from what is underneath it, not from the pavers.
Flat and stamped concrete
Sidewalks, pads, aprons and decorative flatwork. Formed, poured and finished by our crew, with the joints laid out on purpose instead of wherever the truck stopped.
Curbing and site walls
The details that decide how a parking lot reads: curb and gutter, islands, sitting walls and the transitions between them. Set to the civil plan.
Pool decks
Multifamily and hospitality decks, where finish, drainage and the transition to the coping get decided before the pour instead of patched afterwards.
Self-performed under our own license
EC Hardscape and Concrete is our own crew and our own license. The concrete scope does not get handed to a sub and marked up on the way to you.
One license covers landscape, hardscape and concrete — so the wall, the flatwork and the planting are all the same contractor, on the same schedule.
